About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 80g spelt noodles

  • 1 small aubergine

  • 1/4 white cabbage

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 leek

  • 1 galic glove

  • 1 tsp tomato purée

  • 1 tsp soya sauce

  • salt, pepper, paprika powder, chilli powder

Preparation

  1. heat the olive oil in a pan, meanwhile cut the aubergine into small pieces, the leek and cabbage into small stripes

  2. put all veggies together in the pan and let it cook covered for about 10 minutes

  3. meanwhile cook the noodles

  4. add the spieces, soya sauce and tomato purée to the veggies, mix it well and let it simmer for another 10 minutes

  5. at the end mix the cooked noodels to the veggies, mix it well and serve it on a plate with parsley and yeast flakes
